I am a writer, photographer, mother, spiritual director and am passionate about helping women in midlife reconnect with themselves and their spiritual roots after years of dedicating their lives to others. My work focuses on guiding women through contemplative Christian practices and embodiment techniques that cultivate a deeper sense of purpose, joy, and spiritual connection. I offer a range of classes, workshops, and digital workbooks that draw from ancient Christian contemplative practices, including Lectio Divina, Ignatian prayer, and Celtic spirituality, as well as modern insights into the sacredness of the body. Through these offerings, I invite women to explore the rich landscape of their inner lives, embracing stillness, mindfulness, and embodied Presence as pathways to experience God's love in profound and transformative ways. Whether you're feeling lost after years of focusing on homemaking and motherhood or simply seeking to enrich your spiritual journey, my programs are designed to help you rediscover your true self, connect to the Divine in new ways, and cultivate a life infused with divine purpose. My hope is that I can guide you on a journey to help you feel more grounded, spiritually nourished, and aligned with your deepest values. May you discover the joy of living a life that honors both your spiritual and physical self, experiencing a renewed sense of God's presence in everyday moments. If you're ready to embark on a journey of spiritual renewal and personal growth, I invite you to join me on this path of contemplative discovery.
